Andalusia House and Garden Tour

We have organized a guided tour of the house and gardens of Andalusia Historic House, Gardens and Arboretum in Bucks County, PA. Overlooking the Delaware River just north of Philadelphia, Andalusia is the ancestral home of the Biddle family. With native woodlands and lovely gardens, the estate also contains more than 800 trees in the living collection including nearly 250 unique specimen and cultivars from around the world. Andalusia displays over 400 labeled tree and plant taxa throughout the 100-acre property. On the National Register of Historic Landmarks, the Big House is considered one of the finest examples of Greek Revival in the United States.

Pack a lunch and picnic on the grounds after the tour.

Cost $40/person. Members and Non-members welcome Limit 25 registrants. Registration is closed.

We will follow Andalusia COVID guidelines (per their website): 

•  *Following CDC guidance, we now require all visitors, regardless of vaccination status, to wear masks while inside the Big House for the safety of all guests, our tour guides and staff. Masks are optional in the gardens.

Additionally, per HPS/MAG COVID requirements: 

• Every non-vaccinated attendee must sign a Coronavirus Waiver prior to attending any In-Person Event. Click here for the waiver. If possible, please download a copy of the waiver, sign it and bring it with you to the event. The event coordinator will have extra copies available for registrants that need them.
